Formardå developed this proposal for a café project in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, providing architectural design and documentation to support the Development Approval process.

The concept explores a contemporary café environment with dedicated indoor and outdoor areas, including an external dining and patio space. The design was developed with consideration for the site's use, functionality and planning requirements, providing a clear concept for the proposed development.

The project demonstrates Formardå's experience in Brisbane commercial building design, Development Approval documentation and architectural drafting, helping clients develop practical design concepts that can progress through the relevant approval process.
