Formardå is a Brisbane-based building design studio specialising in residential, commercial and hospitality design across Southeast Queensland. With over 16 years of industry experience, we provide innovative building design and drafting solutions tailored to each client, site and project vision.
Led by a QBCC licensed Building Designer, Formardå works across renovations, extensions, new homes, commercial fit-outs and large-scale developments, delivering functional, contemporary and visually refined spaces.
We pride ourselves on a collaborative approach, attention to detail and seamless project management from concept design through to documentation and approvals, ensuring every project is both practical and thoughtfully designed.

Meet Our Founder.
Formardå was founded by Andrew Lynch, a QBCC Licensed Senior Building Designer with over 17 years of industry experience and more than 610 completed projects across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.
Andrew brings extensive experience in building design, drafting, development applications, building approvals and project documentation, with a strong understanding of Brisbane's planning and building requirements.
His approach is simple: create thoughtful, practical designs that respond to the client's brief, budget and site — while ensuring the documentation is clear and buildable.
