Cupo is a versatile function space located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. The space operates as a multi functional event and creative hire space. Over the years, aspects of the room had deteriorated and required some attention. Formardå was approached to help with some simple tasks to activate the space. New flooring, new storage areas, bathroom upgrade and a wooden crete feature wall.

The Palace Supper Club is a new bar and restaurant located in the Brisbane China Town precinct. The venue caters to large functions, offering a modern asian decor and cuisine. ​

The design process included numerous planning procedures, as well as town planning requirements. China Town has numerous existing restaurants but no bars or venues open past midnight offering entertainment. The client demanded high end finishes and fine attention to detail especially in the ablutions and dining areas.
As customers experience the bar and entertaining space, they are welcomed with enlarged proportionate spaces with high vaulted ceilings, outside is a large outdoor area overlooking the China Town esplanade. ​

The Warehome concept was a response related to affordable housing. The townhouse idea and the designer created the concrete and steel structure concept with the intent to merge commercial & residential construction techniques. The townhouse also adopts modular design concepts, allowing the owner to add rooms over time when it suits their budget.

One of the oldest and most respected Chinese restaurants in Brisbane is the Superbowl. A local favourite for generations. The owners decided to give their restaurant a modern renovation. Formardå was engaged as a designer and building management consultant to aid the clients in a their preliminary design phase. Located in China Town Brisbane.

The Palace Lounge was a recent conversion from a bar/restaurant to a Karaoke, late night venue. The owners were from Macau, China. The venue is full of opulent furniture, strong colours with herringbone flooring and walls, the private rooms each have access to their own bar and lounge, whilst neighbouring the China Town precinct.
